Hearts all a flutter,
people getting twitterpated,
like Zach and Kate
buying Valentine's presents.
And this flower that came to me at work, with a card: "Dave is thinking of you today. A Friend."
Wow. Thank you, friend, whoever you are. Thank you.
Oh...
and this...
and this....
Flying baseballs, flying frisbees.
Yep.
Spring is here.

I had to laugh at the baseball and frisbee castastrophies - kids!!!
ReplyDeleteI have no doubt that Dave is thinking of you - every day, forever.
Sending many prayers to you and your family

ReplyDeleteSpring is in the air indeed. The sun is shinning earlier, there are actually birds chirping now in the early morning and the sun is coming through the kitchen window. Oh I love those things and I am sure in some small way the broken window must put a smile on your face :) I know for sure Dave was thinking about you on the 14th and every other day and wishing he could have delivered that rose in person but glad his special delivery arrived!
ReplyDeleteOkay, my friend, my fellow traveller, Sue...
ReplyDeleteYou know that you're one of my prime suspects. You, along with Dee and Peter W. Or maybe Mindy. Am I close??????
Wish I could claim the thought; not that I didn't think of it, but not me. I think you might be getting warm though! You make me laugh. . . .
ReplyDeletePrime suspects for what? Did I miss something? What a beautiful day in Walla Walla. Everyone should be here.
ReplyDeleteHappy Spring.
Kathie
Prime suspects in the infamous rose caper! That anonymous gift that came on Valentine's Day. Could it be you, Kathie??
ReplyDeleteWe bought a Wii on Friday and already I have a light on the ceiling fan broken where it attaches! I am hoping for no more household accidents! But yes, spring is here for sure!
ReplyDeleteI still can't believe I found one here in town! Good ol' Shopko!!
I actually like this set up! Wireless is wonderful!
I was thinking of you on Valentines day but I am not the rose caper.
Kenny looks awesome! Love the Blue bands! I bet he wears those colors the whole time! No changing his mind.
Enjoy the long weekend!
Love Ya!

Guess I was a bit slow on the pick up there. Glad your Valentines Day was special.
ReplyDeleteLooks like more spamming! What's going on? I wonder if you can add one of those things where you have to type in the letters you see in one of those funky wobbly grid things.

Chelle,
ReplyDeleteCannot believe it is spring there, we are still buried in sub zero and snow. Think a trip out your way is warranted! Am actually going to spring training in Phoenix next weekend, that's the closest I'LL be getting to baseball anytime soon!! Love that pic!!
Your rose surprise is lovely, how sweet. So sweet. And yes, Dave was, and is, thinking of you, always! Sending hugs to the Meyer clan!
